1. Are your covers fire resistant?
Yes the Chafing Dish covers are fire resitant. The material passes the fire code NFPA 701 which is permanently inherent in the fabric. Also per request we will send you a flame resitance certificate for our covers. The trash bin and beverage container covers are NOT fire resistant they are water repellent.

Yes the covers we make are long lasting covers. They are not disposable.

4. How can I get a catalog?
Currently we don't have a full catalog, but we'll be more than happy to send you our flyers. To do that please go to the Contact Us page and send us a form requesting our flyers. 5. Can you put logos on the covers?
Yes the garbage can covers and the beverage container covers can be screenprinted. The screenprinting fee depends on how many logos you want screenprinted and how many colors they have. The chafing dish covers are not screenprintable because of the way they are made.

6. What sizes do you have?
The Beverage Container covers are in the 2.5, 5 and 10 gallon sized for the Cambro LCD style and for the 5 and 10 gallon Igloo Cold Beverage Servers. The ContainerWare comes in the 23 rectangular, 32, 44 and 55 gallon round Garbaga Cans. We also make custom size covers for any type of cans or conainers but those covers are NOT returnable. The ChaferWare comes in two sizes the Large size 45"-90" are universal and match all the full size round and rectangular chafing dishes, and the Small size 20"-40" are used for crock stands and soup terrines.

7. What colors do you have available?
ChaferWare is available in black, white, ivory, blue, and reversible (black on one side and white on the other). ContainerWare and the beverage server covers are available in black. The "we recycle" covers com in blue. For custom colors on orders over 24 pieces a variety of colors are available.

8. Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax is charged only on orders sent within the state of Nevada.

9. How long is the shipping going to be?
We use FEDEX, UPS and USPS Priority Mail depending on which is most efficient. You will be provided with a tracking number. If there is an emergency and you need these items as fast as possible we will send them to you overnight, but we will charge the shipping and handling fee accordingly.

10. What kind of payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard & checks for custom orders that cannot be placed through a distributor. Please be aware that we do not accept American Express credit cards at this time.

11. Do you accept returns?
Yes we do but there is a 25% restocking fee that will apply to any returns. We do not accept returns on custom orders.

12. What kind of material are they made of?
We use a water repellent Polyester material in manufacturing the ContainerWare and the beverage server covers. For the ChaferWare we use a fire resistant Polyester.

13. Are the covers washable?
Yes the covers are hand and machine washable on delicate cycle. We recommend low temperature drying for the ChaferWare and line drying for the ContainerWare.

14. Do you rent out your covers?
Unfortunately we don't rent our products. We do sell them to catering and party rental companies that rent them, but we as manufacturers don't rent them out.
